    Our client is seeking a Mechanical Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: Mechanical Designer

     

    Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension or permanent offer)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Utilize SolidWorks to create, update, and release equipment designs.

    + Manage design files using PDM systems, specifically EPDM.

    + Collaborate with engineers and other team members to understand project requirements and deliverables.

    + Conduct independent work on design projects, with periodic team reviews to ensure alignment with project goals.

    + Present design work to the team and incorporate feedback.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong focus on SolidWorks.

    + Experience with PDM systems, preferably EPDM.

    + Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills.
