    **Verdantas** is a national consulting group seeking a talented **_CAD Technician_** to join our team in the **_Toledo, Ohio_** office.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Prepares process and survey existing conditions drawings, survey plats and surveys

    + Performs Baseline mapping

    + Develops drawings in conformance with company and industry standards and codes

    + Close coordination is required with the project surveyors and team members while preparing drawings

    Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

    + Associate's degree preferred

    + 3+ years experience with creating existing conditions surveys to include topographic and control drawings based on field collected data with publicly available information

    + Proficient with any of the following: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Micro Station (Open Roads)

    + Relevant design experience in survey drafting, right of way, and utilities

    + Creating plan and profile documents that conform with specifications

    + Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
