How do you excel in this position

The Integration Specialist- Pro Sound is responsible for installation and service of Pro AV and Paging Systems, ensuring that audio-visual and paging systems are installed correctly and smoothly to meet client needs and our high standards. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates technical knowledge, can troubleshoot technical issues and the drive to learn and grow with our team. Training and advancement opportunities available.

What are we looking for

+ A minimum of two years of experience in audio visual, paging, IT, or related industry.

+ Proficient in the installation and setup of audio-visual systems, paging systems, and components, including displays, projectors, sound systems, constant voltage paging systems, and other audio-visual equipment.

+ Experience in troubleshooting and servicing analog and digital AV / PA systems a plus.

+ Experience working with and setting up IP networks a plus.

+ Experience working on construction sites, following safety protocols, and working with hand and power tools. (OSHA Certification a plus)

+ Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills in dealing with clients and management.

+ Ability to think on your feet, problem-solve, and learn quickly.

+ Great time management skills

+ A clean valid driver's license (daily travel to customer sites and occasional extended travel required)

+ Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

+ Certifications including CTS, CTS-D and CTS-I or other relevant industry qualification is a plus.
