    Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Plano, TX is $127,878- $189,200 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation.     Duties: Design and Architect DRAP BI EPM Hyperion solutions applications. Build and maintain ASO and BSO cubes to facilitate any reporting requirements. Manage daily and monthly activities such as metadata and ACTUALS data. Load GL and ACTUAL data from different sources to staging relational tables to server as a source to Hyperion cubes to support financial planning and reporting activities across company. Perform product hierarchy metadata (dimension & members) administrative activities for Oracle EPM applications. Set up and maintain end user security, which includes creating and provisioning of users, groups, filters and security profile in alignment with the needs of the business. Work with Hyperion Essbase to facilitate better deployment of planning modules like CAPEX and WORKFORCE planning. Provide recommendations based on best practices and Oracle Hyperion product suite features and functionalities. Automate data and metadata loading to minimize human intervention by using Knowledge Modules of Oracle Data Integrator software to create automated packages to load data. Test new cubes, applications, calculation scripts, and Hyperion planning web-form for post development review in order to get them ready to be moved into production as test artifacts. Develop test scenarios, test scripts and leads teams in unit, integration, acceptance testing, and using scrum agile methodology to better support the flow of project. Resolve all incoming user issues and report to managers about their progress. Participate in resolution sessions and prepare detailed functional specifications, designs models, and system workflows.

     

    Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 48 months of experience in the job offered or in an Applications Analyst-related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: Working with Essbase Database, Planning, OLAP infrastructure & implementation on Windows, or Linux Platforms; Utilizing Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Calculation Manager, Hyperion Financial Reporting, Hyperion SmartView, Forecast Cycle, Month End Processes and either Data & Metadata Management or DRM; Working with Oracle product integration tools such as Financial Data Management (FDMEE), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Informatica, or SAP Business Objects; Oracle Database & OS Tools: SQL, OS Patching, Linux Administration, TOAD, TIDAL Automation Tool and ITIL Tool (ServiceNow or JEERA). Telecommuting is permissible pursuant to company policy.
