    Description

    We are seeking a professional, qualified candidate for the position ofAssistant Property Managerfor our Commercial Property Management Division. This position will be located at theWayne County Criminal Justice Center in Detroit, MI.

    Responsibilities:

    + Financial Reporting

    + Stakeholder relations

    + Attend stakeholder meetings and update team on outcome

    + Sub-contractor supervision, inspections, and documentation of KPI results

    + Coordination of projects assigned

    + Vendor invoice approval

    + Oversight of the CJC mail room

    + Clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in related field

    + Excellent organizational skills

    + Proficient in Word and Excel

    + Must have a valid drivers license and automotive insurance
