Professional Recruiter position identifies and qualifies potential in home personal attendants for older adults. Personal Attendants are required to maintain and grow the day to day operations of the company. Responsibilities: * General Accountabilities - 1. Accountable for maintaining good communication and interpersonal relations with employers residents and families. 4. Accountable for maintaining a good record of attendance and punctuality. 5. Good phone skills 2. Ability to coordinate and organize multiple tasks 3. Good communication skills 4. Self-motivation 5. Ability to work closely with partners and/or owner 6. Familiarity with computers and specific software programs related to the position 7. Responsible for answering caregiver phone calls * Other Responsibilities - Phone, Phone, Phone: outgoing calls to potential applicants (40 per day) Use company approved messages and communication with outgoing calls and messages Arrange 15 Interview appointments for staffing department per week Responsible for arranging 7 hires per week Administration: document all calls and interactions in Clear Care
