Description We are seeking a D365 F& O Sr BA to join our team in the automotive industry based in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will serve as a specialist on Dynamics 365 F& O and Dynamics AX 2012, providing support to finance, accounting departments, and shared services teams. You will also be responsible for system analysis and support, financial modules and reporting, integrations and data management, and testing and system enhancements. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise and support for Dynamics 365 F& O and Dynamics AX 2012, acting as a key contact for finance, accounting, and shared services teams.

• Analyze and address system issues, escalating more complex cases as necessary.

• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements, adjust system settings, and suggest process improvements.

• Maintain up-to-date system documentation, configurations, and user guides to aid in ERP operations.

• Provide knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Organization Management, Treasury Automation Suite, Procurement & Sourcing, and Cash & Bank Management modules.

• Support SSRS, Financial Reporter, and Power BI reporting for financial and operational data insights, assisting in financial period closing activities.

• Collaborate with IT teams to support integrations between Dynamics 365 F& O and external systems, performing data validation, reconciliation, and migration tasks.

• Participate in the Dynamics 365 upgrade project, assisting with data mapping, cleansing, and all testing activities.

• Participate in testing new features, patches, and upgrades, documenting and communicating system enhancements, configuration changes, and business impacts to key stakeholders.

• Assist with user training and knowledge transfer for ERP processes and best practices, working closely with finance, accounting, treasury, procurement, and IT teams to align ERP solutions with business needs.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to entry level analysts and Dynamics 365 F& O users. Requirements • Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)

• In-depth knowledge of Cloud Technologies

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Familiarity with Epicor and Epicor ERP software

• Ability to perform AB Testing

• Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) tools

• Understanding of Business Process Functions

• Capability to prepare Business Requirement Documents

• Experience in Change Management
