Description

We are partnering with a leading municipal law firm serving local government entities across the Twin Cities metro to hire a Legal Assistant/Paralegal. This position is a great fit for someone with at least two years of litigation experience who’s interested in gaining more exposure to civil municipal and real estate law.

This is a fully on-site position located in the SE Metro.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage deadlines, court filings (including eFiling), and attorney calendars

+ Coordinate meetings, appearances, and communications between attorneys and clients

+ Support attorneys with drafting pleadings, discovery, and case preparation

+ Assist with trial prep, including organizing exhibits and preparing materials

+ Draft development agreements & ensure real estate materials are accurate and ready for recording

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ At least 2+ years of litigation experience (required)

+ Experience (or interest) in civil municipal and real estate law

+ Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
