    Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Data Validation Tech in the healthcare industry, based in Alameda, California. As a Data Validation Tech, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks including data validation, document scanning, and managing expense reports. You will also require proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately process and validate data.

    • Monitor and maintain records in a consistent and organized manner.

    • Handle expense reports and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.

    • Proficiently use Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel for daily tasks.

    • Efficiently coordinate meetings and manage schedules.

    • Scan and archive documents systematically.

    • Handle and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

    • Keep up with the pace of the healthcare industry and adapt to changes.

    • Demonstrate basic office skills and multitasking abilities.

    • Validate data and ensure its accuracy for effective decision making. Requirements • Basic office skills are required

    • Experience in preparing and managing expense reports

    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling

    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

    • Ability to type alpha characters at a speed of 6,000 - 8,000 kph

    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

    • Experience in records maintenance and management

    • Ability to type numeric characters at a speed of 6,000 - 8,000 kph

    • Experience in coordinating meetings and events

    • Proficiency in data validation techniques and processes

    • Experience in document scanning and digital file creation
