    Robert Half is excited to partner with a growing international company for their Director of Accounting opening. This is a critical role within the company and reports to the CEO. This is a hands-on role and will have oversight of all accounting and finance functions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the preparation (including preparing journal entries, account/bank recs etc…), review, and oversight of monthly financial reporting for over 20 individual entities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

    • Manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

    • Oversee banking and treasury functions, including bank account administration, funding strategies, and intercompany transactions.

    • Prepare and analyze daily cash flow forecasts and liquidity management reports.

    • Support the annual audit process, acting as a key liaison with external auditors and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

    • Maintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

    • Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team; provide coaching and performance management.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

    • CPA strongly preferred.

    • Minimum 10 years related experience (in a leadership role).

    • International experience a plus.

    • NetSuite experience a plus.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and lead with a proactive, hands-on approach.
