    We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Salesforce Developer LOCAL to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced Salesforce solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience across the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, implement, and manage Salesforce Maps to optimize geographic data visualization and territory planning.

    • Customize solutions within Salesforce Maps to support sales team workflows and location-based analytics.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce Maps features align with operational goals, including route optimization and territory-based reporting.

    • Develop and maintain custom Lightning Components to enhance the functionality of Salesforce platforms.

    • Utilize Salesforce Lightning frameworks to build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.

    • Apply Apex and JavaScript to create scalable components, ensure high performance, and adhere to Salesforce best practices.

    • Configure and integrate industry-standard CTI bolt-ons to streamline telephony functions, including click-to-dial, call recording, and real-time call reporting.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CTI implementations to ensure consistent and reliable communication workflows.

    • Work with internal teams to optimize CTI integrations for contact center operations and enable enhanced customer interactions.

    • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.

    • Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and security within Salesforce environments.

    • Support ongoing enhancements, including testing, documentation, and deployment processes.

    • Provide training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of new tools and features across teams.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP/CRM Developer

    • Salesforce Maps expertise/ experience a MUST

    • Proficient in Client Side Scripting

    • Experience with Cloud Technologies is essential

    • Demonstrated expertise in CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

    • Familiarity with Microsoft products and services

    • Knowledge of AB Testing processes

    • Experience in API Development

    • Understanding of Business Process Functions

    • Ability to create and comprehend Business Requirement Documents

    • Experience in Configuration Management

    • Proficient in Salesforce Administration

    • Experience with Salesforce APIs

    • Skilled in Salesforce Development

    • Knowledge of Salesforce Configuration

    • Experience with Salesforce Implementations

    • Familiarity with Salesforce Integration

    • Proficient in using Salesforce Lightning Platform
