    Description We are providing an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to be part of our manufacturing team based in Riverside, California. The role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining precise records, and processing applications. The successful candidate will also be expected to monitor customer accounts and take necessary action.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

    • Maintenance and updating of customer credit records

    • Handling of customer inquiries and resolution of issues

    • Monitoring of customer accounts and taking appropriate action when needed

    • Generation and dispatch of invoices promptly and accurately

    • Ensuring invoicing compliance with industry regulations and contracts

    • Handling of service billing, including hourly or fixed rate charges and non-revenue transactions

    • Adherence to applicable tax laws, local regulations, and contractual agreements in service billing

    • Managing accounts, with a focus on service billing for newly acquired clients

    • Working within a team to handle accounts receivable tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role within the Manufacturing industry.

    • Proficient in Account Reconciliation processes and techniques.

    • Demonstrable experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) including monitoring credits and debits for accounts.

    • Proven ability to handle Billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

    • Experience with Cash Applications, applying payments to appropriate accounts.

    • Skilled in Cash Collections, actively pursuing overdue invoices as necessary.

    • Experience in Commercial Collections, understanding how to manage business-to-business collections.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing this tool for data entry and financial tracking.

    • Familiarity with Time & Materials Billing, understanding the specific nuances of this billing method.

    • Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence, using this software for data analysis and reporting.
