Description We are looking for a dedicated BI Architect to be part of our team in the healthcare industry, located in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will primarily lead the development of in-house BI reporting in a Microsoft Environment, with data sourced from an Azure data lake. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead in-house BI reporting initiatives.
• Utilize Power BI to create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Extract and manipulate data from various sources, specifically an Azure data lake, for reporting purposes.
• Implement SQL for querying data and data manipulation.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators specific to the healthcare industry, such as Doctor Performance and Client Retention.
• Operate within a Microsoft Environment, including Azure, SQL Server, and Excel.
• Develop, calculate, and report on business performance metrics using ETL processes.
• Manage the visualization of data for clear understanding and decision-making.
• Oversee ad hoc reporting and activity reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Requirements • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, with emphasis on applications in the healthcare sector
• Demonstrated expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) methodologies and tools
• Experience with Azure Data Lake, including implementation and management
• Proficiency in using Microsoft SQL Server for data management and analysis
• Ability to generate insightful Ad Hoc Reporting as per business requirements
• Skilled in creating Activity Reports to track and analyze performance metrics
• Strong Data Visualization skills to represent complex data in an easily understandable format Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
