We are seeking a motivated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to lead and oversee clinical medical services, offering opportunities for career growth while ensuring quality care and compliance with medical regulations.

    Hours and Benefits for the PMHNP:

    + **Competitive Salary:** $200,000 - $225,000 per year

    + **Work-Life Balance:** Monday – Friday, on-site (No on-call nights or weekends!)

    Responsibilities for the PMHNP:

    + Develop and implement trauma-informed strategies to enhance psychiatric care and support organizational growth.

    + Lead in-service training programs to promote professional development and skill enhancement for staff.

    + Provide on-site or telehealth coverage as needed, including consultations, prescriptions, and emergency response.

    + Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing behavioral health services.

    Requirements for the PMHNP:

    + **3+ years of experience** in a behavioral health setting.

    + **Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) board certification**
