    Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in FENTON, Missouri. The selected candidate will be a vital part of our team, working to ensure efficient processing of customer credit applications and maintaining accurate records. This role also involves resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts for necessary action.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurate and efficient entry of invoices into the AP system.

    • Assist with additional Accounts Payable tasks as required.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

    • Use the Epicor plugin for efficient invoice processing.

    • Maintain a detail-oriented and accurate approach to data entry.

    • Ensure reliability and commitment to the assignment. Requirements • Demonstrated experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk

    • Proficiency in using Accounts Payable (AP) software

    • Strong data entry skills with an eye for detail and accuracy

    • Experience in invoice processing and payment tracking

    • Familiarity with Epicor accounting software

    • Excellent numerical skills and ability to spot numerical errors

    • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles

    • Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records

    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

    • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

    • Proficiency in Office software, particularly Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
