    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Salesforce Business Analyst** with **14+years** of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFDC Sales Cloud and SFDC Knowledge. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of application support and will involve working closely with various stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

    Responsibilities

    + Must have thorough knowledge about Salesforce capabilities and functional flow.

    + Should be able to clearly articulate requirements in Salesforce fitment and format.

    + Facilitate requirements gathering, documenting detailed functional, technical, reporting and data requirements

    + Create and maintain documentation of key project artifacts, processes and system functionality/tools using Agile Scrum methodologies

    + Local proximity to the business line and market stakeholders enabling collaborative, proactive expertise of business and technology solutioning and outstanding results with relevant business impact

    + Functional Architect specializing in supporting the WBD PO on Annual/Quarterly (PI) Planning/ Roadmaps, leading discussions around Business Requirements, Dependencies, Risks and creating User Stories for the Ascent Program

    + Business Analysis - Lead Solutions evaluation, Fit-Gap analysis, Requirements Documentation, Design Documentation, Training methodology identification and design, UX functional consulting

    + Will be a key player during UAT, Training and the wave rollout to ensure smooth go live and user adoptionLead the design and implementation of business solutions using SFDC Sales Cloud and SFDC Knowledge.

    Qualifications

    + 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering and User Story elaboration in Agile and waterfall model

    + 8+ years of experience as business analyst role and gathering requirements for custom applications on Salesforce Lighting Cloud Platform

    + 5+ years of experience in designing business solutions with Salesforce Lightning Cloud Platform

    + 5+ years of experience designing functional solution design for migrating enterprise size on-premise applications into Salesforce Lightning cloud platform

    + 3+ years of experience building business solutions in Finance domain; specifically Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipts etc.Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality SFDC solutions.

    + Experience in requirement gathering and user story elaboration for migrating the large enterprise size on-premises applications into Salesforce Lightning Cloud Platform

    + Experience using multiple software development methodologies including Agile/Scrum

    + Experience in functional solution design for custom business applications using Salesforce Lightning platform and Salesforce Sales Cloud

    + Experience in Finance domain areas Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipts etc.

    + Experience creating Integration specifications for building two way integration between Salesforce and SAP system

    + Expertise in Salesforce Config capabilities including Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Audit Trails, Approval Process, Validation Rules etc.

    + Experience in creating the Business Process Flows, mockups, personas and user journeys

    + Experience in managing the User Acceptance Testing with the business stake holders and Training

    Nice to Have:

    + Financial Domain Knowledge - Purchase Orders, Receivables, Payables, Invoices, Goods Received, Payment Process etc.

    Certifications:

    + Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

    + Salesforce Certified Administrator

    + Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

    The annual salary for this position is between $100,890 – $186,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
