Shift:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, OT as needed
What You Will Do:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding payment inquiries, coordinate with finance on discrepancies, and assist with vendor coordination, including processing updates in Ariba as needed.
+ Perform and track preventative maintenance on HVAC systems (chillers, RTUs, AHUs, ventilation), ensuring optimal performance and coordinating facility-wide PM schedules for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC compliance.
+ Process vendor invoices and onboarding into the Stryker Payment System, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
+ Coordinate controlled work orders, Non-Conformances, Change Notices, and CAPAs with stakeholders and scheduling work with the Lead Technician.
+ Coordinate vendor and visitor compliance with security by assisting with training verification and coordinating with the trainers on facility procedures and vendor training. Facilitate the preparation, review, and filing of training documentation, maintenance records, requests for proposals, scopes of work, and other facilities-related documents.
+ Document and track all employee moves, ensuring accurate communication with employees, maintaining the Master Move Matrix, creating seating arrangements, updating the site map, and ensuring security access is accurate.
+ Complete purchase orders for facilities-related procurement, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
+ Assist in upgrading and maintaining HVAC equipment, controls, and efficiency initiatives.
What You Need:
Required
+ 3+ Years of facilities operations or maintenance with exposure to HVAC systems
+ 3+ Years of Facilities Coordinator experience
+ Working knowledge of HVAC systems, and preventative maintenance procedures
Preferred
+ Associates Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or,
+ HVAC Certification
+ Background in project coordination or vendor management
+ Experience in regulated environments
