    ARSIEM is looking for a CNO Analyst/Programmer 1 . This position will support one of our Government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD. (http://MD.Software)

    Responsibilities

    + Provides custom software design and development of CNO tools and techniques.

    + Designs and develops end-to-end data flow and tasking into CNO tools developed.

    + Provides/authors documentation and participates in design, code, and software readiness reviews following the Government's software development procedures and processes.

    Minimum Experience

    + Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or network engineering.

    + No experience is required.

    + In place of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of programming experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering.

    Capabilities

    + Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.

    + Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open-source build environments.

    + Provide/author documentation and participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.

     

    Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.

     

    Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? The bonus for this position is $5,000, and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
