Summary of Role: The Senior Analyst of Strategic Finance and Market Intelligence will be responsible for implementing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to execute a data-driven pricing framework.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Develop and maintain internal controls over the pricing activities to ensure compliance.

+ Lead cross-functional stakeholders to analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing decisions.

+ Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic pricing initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability.

+ Communicate pricing strategies and decisions to internal stakeholders and ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.

+ Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

+ Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in pricing, and continuously innovate and improve pricing processes and methodologies.

+ Business acumen: Understanding of the market, competition, and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing decisions.

+ Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the market and adjust pricing strategies as needed.

+ Experience with pricing software and tools: Familiarity with pricing software and tools can help streamline the pricing process and improve accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field

+ 4+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, finance, sales operations or a related field

+ Skills – Communications/Presentations leveraging Microsoft office products, knowledge of statistics, other data analytics

+ Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong planning & organizational skills

+ Travel - Up to 20%

+ Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in a semiconductor company (foundry, fabless, packaging or design house)

+ Development experience in Power BI or comparable BI tool

Expected Salary Range

$83,100.00 - $147,800.00
