• CNC Maintenance Technician 2nd shift

    2nd shift hours are Mon-Thurs 3:00pm-1:20am, and Friday

     

    CNC Maintenance Tech

    What you will need:

    + Blueprint reading

    + Experience using inspection equipment, tool changes, offset changes, boring bars, and indicators.

    + Basic CNC programming.

    + Experience with Recovery process for E-Stop and/or machine crash conditions.

    What you will do:

    + Change CNC tooling as necessary in Mills and Lathes.

    + Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned CNC equipment, plan for and take corrective action.

    + Measuring product for quality specifications, using inspection gauges and instruments.

    + Solve dimensional problems as needed.

    + Lead efforts to consistently and continuously improve productivity, quality and safety.

    + Recover and repair crashed machinery, run and check parts for dimensions

    + Use Company Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.

    + Improve cycle times by 50%.

    + Repair fixtures, hydraulics, drill heads, gears, bearings, bushings and general department maintenance.

    + Replace all department drills, endmills, taps, boring bars, and facemills.

    + Basic CNC Programming.
