Job Title:** Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Coordinator- **This role is a perm position
**Location:** Arlington, TX
**Pay Rate:** $70-75k, depending upon experience
**Type** : Permanent
Overview
Adecco is currently hiring an **EHS Coordinator** to support our client’s operations at the **a large Arlington manufacturing facility** . This critical role will lead the development and implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and foster a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities
EHS Program Development & Implementation
• Develop and maintain site-specific EHS policies and procedures
• Ensure alignment with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
Compliance & Risk Management
• Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
• Conduct audits, inspections, and prepare necessary reports
• Serve as Safety Contract Manager site administrator
Incident Management & Prevention
• Lead investigations for safety incidents and near misses
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
Job Hazard Analysis & Mitigation
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and pre-task planning
• Recommend and enforce safe work procedures
Training & Safety Culture
• Develop and deliver EHS-related training programs
• Maintain training records and facilitate EHS committee meetings
Environmental Stewardship
• Manage waste and pollution prevention programs
• Support sustainable practices in line with client and corporate goals
Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
• Provide written and verbal reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with site leadership, employees, and union reps
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting
• Preferred certifications: CSP, OHST, or similar
Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001 & 14001
• Excellent communication and training facilitation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS software tools
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Work Environment
• Must be able to walk the site and customer locations regularly
• Ability to bend and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must pass forklift certification and train others on equipment use
• Comfortable working in both office and field environments
