Well established, well run Title Insurance Company in the greater Milwaukee area has a new opportunities for an experienced Commercial Title Examiner. Examiners that have blended residential and commercial experience are encouraged to apply.

As a Commercial Title Examiner you will be performing real estate title searches and examining title history for properties. The position requires a clear understanding of complex metes and bounds legal descriptions and complex title issues. Additionally, the position is responsible for providing internal customers and teammates with timely answers to transaction specific title questions.

Job Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years experience performing commercial real estate searches and examining title history.

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

- Professional Skills:

- Ability to shift priorities easily

- Excellent organizational skills

- Customer Service

- Ability to work independently; and also function as a team member

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to learn and leverage modern title production procedures and technology
