Responsibilities

+ Greet customers promptly

+ Maintain a high CSI score

+ Obtain customer and vehicle information

+ Clearly report all vehicle symptoms to a technician as described by the customer

+ Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history

+ Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts

+ Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently

+ Communicate all completed work and charges to customers

+ Provide an excellent overall customer service experience

Qualifications

+ Knowledge of automobiles preferred

+ Friendly and positive attitude

+ High volume mentality

+ CSE focused
