Job Requirements

+ At least 2 years multi-unit supervisory experience in the restaurant, retail or hospitality industry

+ Good oral/written communication, analytical/decision-making and conflict resolution skills

+ Basic personal computer literacy

+ Strong ethical values

+ P/L and cost management skills

+ Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction

Job Responsibilities

+ Provide overall leadership and direct supervision of multiple restaurants

+ Ensure Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) meet or exceed their annual goals by actively engaging in the coaching and direction of junior management on a day-to-day basis

+ Maintain company standards in food safety, product and facility specifications

+ Introduce and reinforce new company products and initiatives

+ Select, train, develop and motivate junior management

+ Respond to immediate or severe customer service needs

+ Role model appropriate skills and behaviors in the restaurant
