    **Job Title:** Systems Administrator

    **Manager Title:** Director of IT

    **FLSA Status:** Exempt – Full Time

    Job Summary:

    Works with users to troubleshoot a wide range of software, hardware and performance issues in the IT Infrastructure. Configures and maintains IT resources to ensure performance and uptime. Learns and implements new technologies to help improve various functions within the orginization.

    Job Duties/Responsibilities:

    + Monitor and support security applications

    + Cisco Duo (MFA)

    + Carbon Black (Endpoint Protection)

    + Mimecast (Email Security)

    + 3 rd Party MDR Liaison

    + Works with users to troubleshoot wide range of software and hardware issues

    + Windows 11 Computer/Laptop/Tablet

    + Windows Server 2016-2022

    + Virtual Desktops/Servers (HyperV, VMware, Scale)

    + Microsoft Office 365

    + Microsoft Teams VoIP

    + Networking:

    + Maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots network performance

    + Cisco Meraki Firewalls, Switches, and Access points

    + Monitors and maintains site to site VPN connection through Meraki

    + Installs and configures client VPN connections

    + Fortifies network infrastructure – installs, maintains security configuration improvements to prevent unauthorized access into IT infrastructure

    + Monitor and maintain the On-premise Production and Backup/DR Server and Storage Infrastructure.

    + Tasks include Firmware Version Control, Vulnerability Patching, and resolving performance issues.

    + Provide local administration services for corporate Infrastructure tools like Office365, MS Azure Active Directory, DUO MFA, Intune MDM, etc.

    + Project support, Documentation of implementations and user training guides, R&D of technology advancements applicable to the FECON technical architecture.

    + Resolving support requests within ticketing software (Atera).

    + Help support the IT department when needed.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    + Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and up, on-prem and hybrid Active Directory configuration, DNS, GPOs, etc.

    + Good understanding of Microsoft 365 applications (e.g. Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, AutoPilot, etc.).

    + Certifications in IT/Networking a plus (A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, ITIL)

    + Strong knowledge of Networking Fundamentals (Cisco Meraki a plus).

    + Experience working with 3 rd party MDR solutions

    + Strong knowledge of Virtual Server/Hypervisor technology preferred.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to find answers to problems through research.

    + Personal and professional skills development.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to work with 3 rd party providers to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.

    + Ability to multi-task and quickly react to situations that may arise.

    Education and Experience:

    + BS in IT related discipline or equivalent work experience.

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience of progressive IT responsibility in a business environment.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    + Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

    + Vision abilities required by this job to read and write.
