    **Position Title:** Scientist

    Position Summary

    We are seeking highly motivated individuals for multiple Scientist roles with our client in Ridgefield, CT. These positions require a strong laboratory background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

     

    **Pay rate:** $25- $35/ hr. (depending on level)

    **Location:** Ridgefield, CT

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline and 2+ years of relevant experience

    + Master’s degree in Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline and 1+ years of relevant experience

    + Strong foundational knowledge in a few of the below skill sets for biology, Chemistry and biochemistry, including:

    + SDS-PAGE

    + Western blot analysis

    + HPLC

    + Protein characterization

    + Aggregation

    + Glycosylation

    + General protein analysis

    + Tissue Blocking

    + Karl Fisher

    + Ability to multi-task and manage multiple experiments simultaneously

    + Strong team orientation and collaboration skills

    + Excellent troubleshooting abilities

    + Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in both local and international, interdisciplinary environments
