    Description & Highlights

     

    Community Physician Network is currently seeking a board eligible or board-certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine trained physician to practice Urgent Care in our MedCheck clinics.

     

    + Outpatient urgent care only

    + Seven clinics throughout Indianapolis and surrounding area

    + Clinics are open from 9:00am – 9:00pm

    + Electronic Medical Record System (Epic)

    + Lab and imaging services onsite

    + Competitive compensation and benefit package

    Licensure & Certifications

    + Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine

    + Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

    Desired Qualifications

    + Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with the care team
