Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for makingcold calls,connections,and developing relationships with IT professionals who may be a good fit for assignmentswith Eliassen Group’s clients.
+ Conduct phone interviews to qualify consultants for open positionswithour wide range of clients.
+ Develop skills in preparation for potential recruitingleaderoraccount executivecareer paths.
+ Attenduniversitynetworkingeventsand network through sites like LinkedIn&Dice.
+ Build a pipeline of candidates for skill sets that are needed repeatedly for client assignments withinyour geographical region.
+ Collaborate with teammates to develop recruiting strategiesand adopt best practices.

Base Range: $40,000 - $45,000
_The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success. A competitive, tiered commission structure based on weekly spread is also provided._
_W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state/locality where you work), 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure),_
