    Please Note this position supports our 2** **nd** **Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2** **nd** **Shift from 3:30PM to 2 AM - 4/10 work week - Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.

     

    Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

    Familiar with RF and microwave test equipment and with the ability to set up equipment to test against specifications. Must have the ability to calibrate test stands.

     

    Ability to test and tune complex microwave and RF modules using methods such as adjusting .001 wire, .003 ribbon and making adjustments on die. Ability to troubleshoot, debug and test using precise measurements on a variety of electronic equipment (oscillators, audio oscillators, standing wave amplifiers, multimeters, phase sensitive demodulators, volt-ohm meters, logic analyzers, AF and RF signal generators and wave meters).

     

    Familiar working with schematics, diagrams, test specifications and sketches to understand engineering and customer requirements and how to perform tests. Ability to perform routine analysis of data to check and verify applicability and accuracy.

     

    Ability to work under microscope for long lengths of time. Computer competency and English literacy is required to ensure the candidate will be capable of following instruction/safety guidelines.

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $46680 - $74687

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
