BAE Systems is seeking an experienced program finance analyst to join the the Adaptive Communications & Sensing (AC&S) Product Line within the **Command, Control, Communications and Computers Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems (C4ISRS) business area** of BAE Systems Electronic Systems sector. This exciting and challenging position will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate forecasts and program financial analysis for all programs within the assigned program area, with an emphasis on program material forecasting. This individual will develop relationships as a full business partner with the program teams, support the business area strategy and provide financial data and analysis for decision-making.
This role is intended to be performed in a **hybrid format, with the individual splitting their time between our office in Wayne, NJ, and remotely.**
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Bachelor s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / and 4 years of work experience; alternatively, a master s degree and 2 years of work experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
+ Experience managing, analyzing, and extracting insights from large datasets
+ Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
+ Strong interpersonal skills to interact cross functionally
+ Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment
+ Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with company policies and procedures
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines
+ Experience with Earned Value Management
+ Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot within Microsoft Excel
+ Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Cobra, and iPortal
+ Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment
+ Experience with proposals
+ Understanding and knowledge industry practices and standards as well as company policies
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $88533 - $150507
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
