    Front Desk Greeter/Receptionist - Part Time

     

    First Impression Maker position currently available with Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land.

     

    This role is perfect for an outgoing professional seeking a Part-Time position. As the Front Desk Greeter/Receptionist, you will be responsible for the acknowledgement, greeting and assistance for arriving clients and vendors to our Show Stopping Showroom and Sales Area.

     

    In addition, you will:• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner to ensure all clients or vendors receive First Class Service. • Develop and maintain a Vehicle Prospect/Customer log• Escort the arriving customers that need direction to the appropriate area (i.e., Service, Parts, Body Shop, Cashier, etc.) • Greet arriving Customers with a Sales Appointment set by the Dealership Business Development Center using script as developed by the BDC Manager and Sales Manager. • Offer refreshment and seating for Customers waiting for a Sales Representative or other Dealership personnel.• Maintain contact with waiting Customers and seek Sales Management assistance to ensure timely intervention on behalf of the Customer.

     

    You must be able to work 2 - 3 days during the week between the hours for 9 am - 7 pm along with every Saturday.
