$328,500 - $445,591 a year
Description
The Department of Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology is seeking a new faculty member with interest in General Gastroenterology. Candidates with a special interest and/or expertise in general endoscopy and digestive health are welcome to apply. The division is the region’s leading tertiary/quaternary level academic GI & hepatology practice with an excellent national reputation, including “high-performing status granted by US News and World Report.
The Division enjoys a large robust regional referral practice in gastroenterology sub-specialties with investments in industry-leading endoscopic technology and excellent facilities, support and infrastructure. Candidates should have a strong commitment to patient care and teaching. Various clinical research opportunities are available through a well-staffed clinical trials section within the division.

Qualifications
Must obtain a New York State Medical License prior to start date
Eligible for a Faculty Appointment at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry
Must meet all credentialing requirements
Eligible for Board Certification in **Gastroenterology and Hepatology**
Post offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment required
Compliance with University and New York State health requirements
