    Job Title: Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (Leave Coverage)

     

    Dates: March 1st-End of the school year

     

    Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? AnthroMed Education is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist professional to join our team and fill in for a leave need at one of our partner schools in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.

     

    Position Overview: As a speech-language pathologist at AnthroMed Education, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' communication and language development. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Elementary students while being supported by the resources and expertise of AnthroMed Education.

    Responsibilities:

    + Work 2 days a week, beginning March 1st through the end of the school year.

    + Provide therapy services to students ages 3-21 in a Self-Contained setting.

    + Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.

    + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.

    + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.

    + Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.

    + Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.

    + Stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in professional development opportunities.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

    + State licensure in Illinois and certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    + Passion for helping students achieve their full potential.

    Pay & Benefits:

    + The pay range for this position is $41 per hour - $55 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

    + Employees who work fewer than 30 hours per week are considered part-time and are eligible for AnthroMed’s 401(k) retirement plan.

    + 1:1 clinical support by our clinical director.
