We’re searching for a U.S.-based Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Experience team, so that we can empower clients to maximize the impact of their RLDatix solutions. The Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, supporting customers post-implementation to ensure adoption, drive value, and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
• Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to ensure continued adoption, satisfaction, and retention
• Monitor product usage and performance in order to identify areas for increased value and optimization
• Coach clients on best practices and processes to strengthen engagement and long-term success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and deliver consistent customer outcomes
• Lead customer initiatives, webinars, and virtual sessions to support education and solution expansion
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
• Experience working with U.S. healthcare systems or familiarity with healthcare terminology
• Proven success in relationship management, client retention, or customer success roles
• In-depth knowledge of how to drive solution adoption and communicate customer value
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to client sites or internal events
• Sincere interest in healthcare innovation and helping organizations improve safety, compliance, and efficiency
• A knack for working proactively and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
