Job Title: Aluminum TIG/MIG Welder

Pay Range: $24 - $28/hr

We're on the lookout for highly skilled Aluminum TIG/MIG Welders who take pride in their work, value a strong team, and want to help build something truly remarkable. Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (with potential overtime)

What You'll Be Doing:

+ Laying down clean, solid welds with Aluminum MIG and / or TIG

+ Reading blueprints and tape measures like a pro

+ Lifting, bending, reaching, squatting—staying active throughout the shift

+ Working closely with a team that has your back

+ Owning your role with a “get it done right” attitude

+ Meeting physical demands (including lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs)

+ Staying sharp and ready to pitch in wherever needed

What You Bring to the Table:

+ MIG or TIG welding experience (TIG 3+ yrs. experience)

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Strong communication skills

+ Ability to read routings, manifests, and production reports

+ Independence with a team-player mindset

+ A history of showing up and getting the job done right
