    School Social Worker - Full-Time 2024-25 School Year

    We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time School Social Worker for the 2024-25 school year. This position is based in Naperville, IL and involves supporting students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) across two elementary schools.

    The pay range for this position is $48/hour - $55/hour, based on qualifications and experience

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Student Assessments: Conduct evaluations to determine student needs and develop actionable plans.

    + Advocacy: Serve as a bridge between students, schools, and community resources to ensure their rights and needs are met.

    + Positive School Environment: Cultivate a welcoming and supportive climate for all students.

    + Collaboration: Partner with teachers and school staff to identify and assist at-risk students.

    + Record Management: Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of student progress and interventions.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    + Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work.

    + Valid Illinois PEL with a Social Work endorsement.

    + Previous experience in a K-12 setting is preferred.
