    Position Overview:

    We’re excited to be hiring TWO full-time School Social Workers in a dynamic and supportive school community in Harvard, Illinois! Here, you’ll find a collaborative environment where staff, administrators, and families work closely to promote student achievement. In this role, the School Social Workers will support elementary students (K-3rd). The caseload details are still being finalized - more to come here!

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Work full-time, Monday-Friday.

    + Provide social-emotional and academic support for 3rd-5th grade students.

    + Conduct individual, small-group, and whole-group counseling for students.

    + Advocate for students’ emotional, social, and educational growth.

    + Actively contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

    + Support students’ goals as outlined in their IEPs or 504 plans.

    + Implement crisis intervention and safety strategies when necessary.

    + Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to enhance student success.

    Qualifications:

    + Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral Degree in Social Work.

    + LMSW licensure eligibility in Illinois.

    + Professional Educators License (PEL) eligibility.

    + Experience with elementary students is preferred, but not required.

    Pay and Benefits:

    + AnthroMed Team Members who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for the full-time employee benefits offered by AnthroMed.

    + The pay range for this position is $54,000-65,000 annually. Hourly pay is also an option.

    + Paid Time Off starts at 6 days and is prorated based on the start date.

    + Benefits begin the first of the month after the start date. Benefits offered include:
