What are we looking for?

AnthroMed Education is actively seeking 3 energetic and dedicated School Social Workers to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year along with the upcoming 2025-2026 at one of our partner schools in Gurnee, IL. These Social Workers will support a caseload of Elementary students and will work alongside a team of other Social Workers within the district. Pay and Benefits:

+ AnthroMed Team Members who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for the full-time employee benefits offered by AnthroMed.

+ The pay range for this position is $54,000-63,000 annually. Hourly pay is also an option.

+ Paid Time Off starts at 6 days and is prorated based on the start date.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide direct social work services to Elementary students, addressing their academic, social, and emotional needs.

+ Collaborate with other social workers, teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' overall well-being.

+ Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and challenges and develop individualized plans accordingly.

+ Collaborate with the school community to create a positive and inclusive environment.

+ Participate in relevant meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and educational trends.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

+ Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work.

+ Illinois PEL with an endorsement in Social Work.

+ Previous experience with Elementary students is preferred, but not required.
