Job summary:  As a Business and Financial Management (BFM) Analyst, the position will require: tracking commitments, obligations, and expenditures;

generating Purchase Requests (PRs); developing spend plans; and preparing financial briefing material for a NAVSEA PEO USC PMS 525 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Ship Building program.

Description:

Minimum Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ 5-10 years of experience in DoD/USN financial management

+ Experience using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

+ US Citizenship is required with Secret Clearance or the ability

to obtain/maintain such clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with NAVSEA Program Office.

+ Experience with NAVSEA Ship Construction.

+ Experience with NAVSEA Enterprise Planning   System (NEPS) and Task Planning Sheets (TPSs)

+ Experience with Government Furnished

Equipment (GFE)

+ Experience using Defense Security Assistance

Management

System (DSAMS)

+ Experience using Security Cooperation

Information Portal (SCIP)

+ Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS)

+ Experience using Management Information System

for International Logistics (MISIL)

Work Location:   Washington, DC

Position classification: Full Time

Salary Range: $90,000- $100,000

Travel: <10%
