Job Summary The Nuclear Medicine Technologistoperatesnuclear detection and imaging equipment and prepares radiopharmaceuticals for Nuclear Radiologic studies by following professional and departmental protocols to provide the physician diagnostic images toidentifyand/or planappropriate treatmentfor the patient's condition. Our Nuclear Medicine Technologistsoperateall relevant Nuclear Medicine and CT equipment and computer systems, including PET/CT and SPECT/CT, and PACs by following professional, hospital, and departmental protocols. * Graduate of approved program for Nuclear Medicine Technologist * Has completedall clinicalcompetency, classroom training and passed a certification board (CNMT (NMTCB)(CT), R.T.(N)(CT)(ARRT), orRTRCT) allowing you tooperatea hybrid nuclear medicine system.Or hascompletedall clinical competency, classroom training and passed a certification board (CNMT (NMTCB), R.T.(N)(ARRT)will berequiredto obtain aCT Advanced certification byARRT,NMTCBorRTRCT within 1 year of hire(with the support of our CT training pathway). * 1-2 years Nuclear Tech, PET/ CT, and SPECT/CT tech preferred.
