    Below is the job description for the position we are seeking.

     

    + Years of Experience: 10+

    + 5+ years’ Program/Project Management experience

    + 2+ years’ experience in status reporting to C-suite executives

    + Domain knowledge: 5+ years of automotive domain experience and exposure to connected/autonomous vehicle would be a big plus

    + Demonstrated track record of successfully managing mid/large IT projects (2M+ in terms of revenue OR 20+ in terms of team size).

    + Experience on Agile methodologies

    + Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams

    + Hands-on, Self-driven, solution-oriented, and customer-focused

    + Highly proficient analytical capabilities and able to quickly understand problems and arrive at their solution. Foresight decision-making is a key to success in this role.

    + Solid understanding of core and modern technologies around Cloud, APIs, and Web-services

    + Demonstrate ownership and drive successful outcomes in complex global ecosystems

    + Proven track record leading in highly matrixed global organizations

    + Strong analytical ability to quickly understand the issues, debug and arrive at solutions

    + Full System Lifecycle expertise and experience in all aspects from planning to operations.

    + Communication skills – Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
