    Engineering Manager

    Spectrum Power Management Systems, a division of Spectrum Control, Inc., is seeking an ENGINEERING MANAGER to lead their initiative for developing custom designed Power Supplies to support military market customers and compliment their existing line of custom power distribution solutions. This position reports directly to the Division Manager.

    Responsibilities include:

    -Direct & Coordinate the activities of a multi-disciplined engineering department

     

    -Manage design projects to successfully meet performance, cost, and delivery expectations

     

    -Interface with customers to develop custom design solutions for military power supplies (DC-AC; AC-DC; DC-DC)

    Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

    -BSEE and 3 years Management experience

     

    -10+ years of Power Supply Design Experience

     

    -People management skills

     

    -Solid understanding of product design & business finance

     

    -Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills

     

    -Strong Computer Skills including Microsoft Office, Circuit Design Software tools & Design Modeling Software.

     

    US Citizenship required. Relocation to State College, PA area required. EOE & E-Verify Employer.
