    **Eagle Harbor,** a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a federal contracting leader is looking for a Logistics Supervisor. The **Supervisor, Logistics Support** will primarily be responsible for providing customer service to all internal and external National Training Center customers, supervises personnel, and functions within the Logistics Department which includes purchasing, shipping, receiving, property management, vehicle management and classroom support; utilizes Microsoft Office products daily for reporting and control purposes. This position will be located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

    + Supervises all Logistics personnel.

    + Supervises timely processing of document, security and course material shipping utilizing FedEx website.

    + Determines property accountability thresholds for contractor acquired property.

    + Supervises identifying contractor acquired property as government owned.

    + Processes firearms shipments in accordance with federal, agency and National Training Center regulations, policies and directives.

    + Supervises daily National Training Center mail franking, pick-up and delivery.

    + Supervises subcontract monitoring for janitorial services and supplies.

    + Approves special cleaning services with the janitorial service contract.

    + Provides fleet management of all GSA government furnished vehicles.

    + Provides management of government furnished property.

    + Supervises office relocations.

    + Supervises classroom equipment and set up support.

    + Works with the purchasing department on property acquisitions and returns to vendors.

    + Supervises property inventories and reconciliations.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    + Facility Systems Technician (1)

    + Logistics/Classroom Support Specialist (1)

    + Logistics/Warehouse Specialist (1)

    + Vehicle/Property Specialist (1)

    **Minimum Qualifications:** (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

    + Must have a high school diploma or GED with 10 years of logistics or warehouse experience.

    + Must coordinate with all department managers and training assistants to ensure logistical support is provided for all office and course functions.

    + Must coordinate with the Business Operations Department to ensure timely receipt of contractor acquired property.

    + Must address warehousing, shipping and receiving issues and ensure long term problem resolution.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    + Time management: the ability to manage and organize multiple task priorities.

    + Customer service experience.

    + Pick-up and delivery expedite experience.

    + Warehouse supervision experience.

    + Shipping and receiving experience.

    + Property management experience.Must be certified as a Professional Property Manager from a recognized Property Management Association.

    + Vehicle management experience.

    + Basic computer proficiency

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Strong team player.

    + Commitment to ethical business practices.

    + Exemplary driving record.

    + Preferred - Forklift operation experience.
