Position Overview

**Power Your Future with Qualus** in our Human Resources department as our HR Coordinator! The Human Resource Coordinator assists in the implementation of human resource services, policies, and programs supporting an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes our core values and attainment of company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

+ Answer general HR/benefits related questions, escalating issues as necessary.

+ Execute onboarding process including new hire paperwork completion, I-9/E-Verify process, scheduling orientation sessions, HRIS data entry and completion of employee profiles.

+ Administration of HR team inbox for general inquiries and requests ensuring proper coordination for follow up and resolution, and maintaining well-organized tracking and filing.

+ Assist with execution of drug testing program and drug and background testing relative to client onboarding requirements.

+ Conduct HR new hire and exit feedback sessions as needed.

+ Assist with maintenance and follow up regarding employee career development plans.

+ Assist with maintaining library of job descriptions.

+ Coordinate with sales as needed for technical resume library maintenance.

+ Assist with employee engagement programming including outreach to new hires and employees as needed.

+ Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

+ Assist with records and systems audits as needed.

+ Other HR administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent.

+ 1 to 3 years-experience in Human Resources preferred.

+ Process-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

+ Familiarity with HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
