What you'll do...

What You’ll Do:

+ **Drive programs across different pillars** representing business areas through planning, execution, dependency mapping, and agile ways of working. Provide key strategic program support.

+ **Drive delivery and accountability** through the Experience Team (Program, Product, Engineering, UX, Business) for committed outcomes.

+ **Manage detailed project plans, timelines, key milestones, and dependencies** across the organization.

+ **Align multiple cross-functional working teams** around the strategic, business, and technical requirements.

+ **Identify risks and develop mitigation plans** to ensure strategic programs deliver expected results.

+ **Ensure business needs are met** by evaluating the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and business outcomes.

+ **Lead and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle** , from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

+ **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** , including marketing, IT, and customer service, to drive product development and delivery.

+ **Implement and oversee a unified process** for planning, executing, and measuring product initiatives, leveraging tools like Airtable and Jira.

+ **Drive change management and standardization** across product and technical teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

+ **Facilitate continuous planning and reporting** to enable product managers to prioritize, connect, and execute their work more effectively.

+ **Utilize data-driven insights** to inform product decisions and improve overall product performance.

+ **Ensure the successful adoption and integration of new tools and processes** to streamline product operations.

+ **Lead special projects and initiatives** to drive innovation and improve product outcomes.

+ **Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members** , fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
