    The Opportunity

     

    The Clairvoyant program is responsible for building a scalable, extensible, cloud-based software-hosting-and-integration environment and a data ingest and dissemination platform that enable the rapid development and deployment of advanced mission applications and analytics within an enterprise.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Senior DevSecOps engineer, you will

    + Develop features to automate, scale, test, and secure a Kubernetes based infrastructure

    + Develop and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines, using tools such as Helm, ArgoCD, and Jenkins

    + Enhance performance monitoring of the various systems

    + Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize the performance of cloud infrastructure

    + Identify and implement strategies to optimize the use of resources

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Candidate must have a current TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field

    + Advanced automated script design, coding, debugging, and maintenance skills (using bash, python, etc.)

    + Good command of Linux/Unix and command line knowledge

    + Experience in CI/CD toolsets (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube, Harbor, ArgoCD, Helm, etc.)

    + Experience with Containerization (Docker) and Container Orchestration (Kubernetes)

    + Familiarity with agile development methodologies

    + Skilled and disciplined to work with a distributed team

    + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines is essential

    + Passion for new technologies, software, and processes

    + Ability to travel 5% of the time

    Nice To have:

    + Significant experience with cloud native technologies

    + Other tools: Packer, Terraform, Ansible

    + Experience in application administration, configuration, and integration

    + Familiarity with AWS and Azure

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $119,800 - $263,600
