Summary:

Meta Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products. We are looking for Product Managers with expertise in ML-driven ranking systems and large-scale ad delivery, driving revenue growth and enhancing advertiser performance and user engagement through AI innovations.

Required Skills:

Product Manager - Ads AI/Machine Learning Innovation Responsibilities:

1. Is the primary driver for identifying significant near and long-term opportunities in a large Product area, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.

2. Define and execute strategies across the state-of-the-art (SOTA) ML domains. Translate breakthrough ML research into high-impact production systems.

3. Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.

4. Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations. Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous opportunities. Consistently demonstrate initiative and execute with limited oversight.

5. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics. Drive decision-making through user insights, quantitative analysis and AB testing.

6. Experience in developing and executing multi-year strategies that align with organizational goals, leveraging state-of-the-art AI/ML technologies.

7. Extensive product management experience within the AI/ML domain, with a proven track record of launching and managing complex ML-driven products.

8. Demonstrated communication and stakeholder management skills, with the experience in translating complex technical concepts into clear and compelling narratives.

9. 10+ years Product Management Experience

10. 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams

11. BA or BS in Computer Science or related field

$202,000/year to $277,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
