Summary:

Meta's Enterprise Engineering Department is seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Solutions Manager to develop and drive the execution of technical infrastructure programs to meet business needs. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated program management background, passion for creating solutions that scale, and effectively deliver in a complex, fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships across Enterprise Engineering, owning business units engagements, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical cross-functional partners.

Required Skills:

Infrastructure Solutions Manager Responsibilities:

1. Drive alignment of various verticals within Enterprise Engineering and beyond to achieve organizational-level goals

2. Develop and execute strategies that focus on driving improvements in operational efficiency, cost, resource utilization, deployment times, and reliability

3. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, business, operations, and finance organizations to drive alignment against both short and long-term strategy

4. Work in a very fast-paced and iterative technical environment with infrastructure engineering and product teams, ensuring execution of evolving program goals

5. Facilitate discussion with business and technical stakeholders to outline scope, goals, deliverables, resource needs, and timelines.

6. Use technical judgement to drive new project evaluations, strategic and technological reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus

7. Proactively identify and analyze complex, long-term, critical infrastructure problems with Enterprise Engineering leaders and stakeholders

8. Bring clarity and transparency to every program aspect through clear communications, presentations, metrics and KPI reporting that answer critical questions and provide the right level of data

9. Own the communications strategy for large-scale infrastructure programs, which includes executive updates, detailed project and program briefs, and status updates

10. 5+ years of technical program management experience, systems or solutions architecture experience

11. Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

12. Experience working with technical engineering teams, cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions

13. Experience communicating effectively across business and technical teams

14. Experience multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, quickly processing information, and demonstrating a dedication to ensuring and maintaining the quality of the end product

15. Experience leading without expressed authority, influencing decisions and outcomes

16. Experience thinking multiple steps ahead and taking proactive steps to address roadblocks, issues, and distractions

17. Problem-solver who has experience to overcome challenges with solutions

18. B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience

19. Experience deploying solutions both on-premise and cloud enterprise solutions including hardware capacity planning where needed

Public Compensation:

$129,000/year to $185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
