Join our Team as a District Manager in South Florida

As a District Manager with FISD, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of food service in South Florida’s private and independent educational institutions. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead ambitious projects, drive excellence, and make a significant impact in the community by providing world-class dining experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the students and staff is of superior quality.

Ideal candidates should currently reside in or near Palm Beach/FL or Miami, FL areas

Key Responsibilities:

+ Monitors the overall financial performance of the accounts to ensure profitability.

+ Ensures consistent and fair administration of personnel policies.

+ Manages planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the south Florida region.

+ Participates in the sales process to grow the region.

+ Successfully leads all aspects of food service operations to guarantee magnificent service.

+ Determines strategies to improve client happiness and retention.

+ Collaborates with teams to foster an inclusive and innovative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Ideal candidates should currently reside in or near Palm Beach/FL or Miami, F

+ BS Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

+ Five to seven years of contract food service management experience.

+ Prior experience in the same or similar role in an education setting is preferred.

+ Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.

+ Financial competence.

+ Multi-unit experience is required.

+ Proven track record of managing multiple accounts effectively.

+ Outstanding problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

+ Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
