    The Opportunity

     

    In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful deployment and installation of AGI equipment.

     

    The Team

     

    You will work in collaboration with Service Coordinator and automation to perform a wide variety of services, such as installation, repairing and assembling.

    Responsibilities

    + Responsible for troubleshooting and training for new and existing customers, which includes but not limited to: Circuit troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, automated program troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, ability to read and write electrical schematics.

    + Upload and download new or existing programming.

    + Training customers in operational procedures and troubleshooting

    + Assisting in the generation of new electrical panels and any other tasks related to automated

    + Travelling to customer work sites both domestically and abroad is

    + Must be able to field customer phone calls in a timely and concise

    + Must demonstrate and follow established procedures for safety and monitor safe work habits of others working in the department.

    + Required to work in a team

    + Overtime may be required including nights and

    + Regular attendance is

    + All other duties assigned

    Qualifications

    + Associate’s degree in Electronics or related electrical is preferred

    + 3+ years of PLC experience

    + Able to travel 90% of the time

    + Willing and able to travel in the US and in Canada

    + Valid passport or able to obtain a passport is required

    + Electrical background with the ability to troubleshoot any circuit or programming issues.

    + Overtime may be required including nights and weekends
